Patagonia Express is a live music and entertainment service based in Rome, Italy, performing at private and corporate events internationally. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We only collect information you give us, plus basic technical data generated when you visit the site.

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form: name, email address, event date, event type and any message you write.
• Correspondence: emails, messages and call notes relating to your enquiry or booking.
• Booking and billing information where a contract is agreed, including venue address and invoicing details.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, perform an agreed booking, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following grounds.

• Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one, when handling enquiries and bookings.
• Legitimate interests, for keeping records of past events and improving our service, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.
• Consent, where you opt in to receive updates from us. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary to deliver a booking or run this site, and each provider is bound to protect it.

This includes our website host (Squarespace), our email provider, accountants where required for invoicing, and — only for a confirmed booking — the venue or event planner involved in your event.

We may film or photograph performances for promotional use. For private events we ask permission before publishing any material in which guests are identifiable, and we do not publish footage from events where discretion has been requested.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking records and invoices are retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax law. Marketing consent is held until you withdraw it.
